At Phodlarnthor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Reslanta. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU and Danish Consumers)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, including Denmark, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. This withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., letter or email) sent to the contact details provided below. You may use the standard withdrawal form available under EU consumer rules, but it is not obligatory.

3. Return Policy

3.1 Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy for all purchases. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
  • Products must be in resalable condition
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, in line with applicable health and hygiene exceptions under EU and Danish consumer law:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Products with broken or damaged seals where the seal was removed after delivery
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at supportuse@phodlarnthor.world with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: Wait for our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions
  3. Package the Item: Securely package the product in its original packaging
  4. Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided with the RMA
  5. Keep Tracking: Retain your shipping receipt and tracking number

5. Return Shipping

5.1 Customer Responsibility

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged during shipping), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5.2 Our Responsibility

We will cover return shipping costs if:

  • We shipped the wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • There was an error on our part

6. Refund Process

6.1 Inspection

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify it meets our return conditions. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

6.2 Refund Approval

If approved, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. The refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval. Please note:

  • Credit card refunds may take additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Bank transfer refunds may take 3-5 business days to process
  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

6.4 Refund Amount

The refund amount will include:

  • Full product price
  • Original shipping costs (only if return is due to our error)

Refunds do not include return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

7. Damaged or Defective Products and Statutory Rights

If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if the product is not in conformity with the contract, you have statutory rights under applicable Danish and EU consumer protection law (including rules on lack of conformity and remedies such as repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund). These rights apply independently of and in addition to our commercial return policy.

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
  3. Include your order number and description of the damage

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.

8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To request a cancellation:

  • Contact us immediately via email
  • Include your order number
  • We will confirm cancellation if the order has not yet shipped

If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

10. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery but within 30 days
  • Items with minor damage not caused by us
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  3. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us

12. Gift Purchases

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
